The Last Seer of Fatima - Introduced by Pope Benedict XVI

Now a book has been released in Rome L’ULTIMA VEGGENTE di FATIMA (The Last Seer of Fatima) - [Sister Lucia] - published by Rai-Eri Rizzoli.
The book has an introduction written by Pope Benedict 16th. In the book Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone is interviewed by Giuseppe De Carli who said: “I think it is the first time a Pope has written the introduction to a book which is not his own. But it is also the first time a secretary of State has published a book. The idea came up when Cardinal Bertone said: “If I only could tell all the things Sister Lucia [of Fatima] told me during our meetings!”
Sister Lucia, the sole survivor of the three little Fatima children to whom our Lady appeared, died Feb. 13, 2005. During her last years, between 2000 and 2003 the then-Archbishop Tarcisio Bertone was asked by Pope John Paul II to go to Portugal several times to meet with Sister Lucia.
The book reconstructs, as reported by INSIDE THE VATICAN, and Zenit News Agency from Rome, step by step, how the events emerged from the memory of the seer, based on the notes of Cardinal Bertone.
Of theories suggesting the “third secret” involves an apocalyptic prophecy the Vatican does not wish to disclose, the Cardinal called “Pure fantasy.”
The deaths of the two friends, Pope John Paul II and Sister Lucia of Fatima so close together inspired me to write the recent book, FATIMA IS FOREVER.
