“Francis” again goes into Suffering for Lent

“A MAN CALLED FRANCIS” - which I wrote more than 10 years ago about the man “Francis” with the wound marks in his hands, WHO HAS OFTEN BEEN WITH ME ON RETREATS, and who suffers the passion of Jesus Christ every night between 12 AM and 3 AM - is the title of a book I wrote that has remained a best seller for years. If there are any profits - they go into the FATIMA FAMILY APOSTOLATE INTERNATIONAL which I direct to further its efforts for the sanctification of individuals and families. This has been true for all my books, tapes, articles, magazines, etc. Anything received goes to further the Apostolate to get the Word of God out. Many of my books are published in the Philippines. Each issue of the magazine, THE IMMACULATE HEART MESSENGER, is also published by the Society of St. Paul in the Philippines and is given to them freely to publish.

AS USUAL FRANCIS’ EXTRA SUFFERINGS FOR EVERY DAY OF LENT - SET IN AGAIN FOR 2007 - LATE SHROVE TUESDAY, the EVE OF ASH WEDNESDAY.

EVERY DAY OF LENT HIS SUFFERINGS ARE LIKE THE SPECIAL SUFFERINGS OF EVERY FRIDAY - WHEN HIS WOUNDS BEGIN TO BLEED. HIS LIMBS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE BEING WRACKED. There is evidence from the HOLY SHROUD OF TURIN that the body of Jesus Christ was wracked as he was nailed to the Cross. Some years after Francis received these wound marks, that is about the third or fourth Lent - when he experienced extra sufferings - he described to me in private his extra sufferings and wondered what was happening. I told him it seems to resemble the limbs of the body of Christ being wracked at the time of the Crucifixion. I keep in touch with Francis and was again in touch for the beginning of this Holy Season of Lent.

WHEN HOLY WEEK ARRIVES the sufferings of Francis will be all the more intense and then - beginning Holy Thursday evening through Good Friday - he must remain in bed in the MOST INTENSE SUFFERINGS, SWEATING, TREMBLING IN PAIN, ETC. Francis has been known by his former Bishop and the present Bishop and receives their blessing. I contacted his Bishop before publishing the book.

FRANCIS GOES THROUGH THE PASSION OF JESUS CHRIST every night of the year. I’ve been with him at times for the Passion. After the night’s sufferings he is shown the sinners for whom he has especially been suffering. A year ago Lent when I placed a blog about Francis on this website - I was asked if his sufferings for Fridays - midnight, etc. respect the time zones he may happen to be in. The answer is “Yes.” When he was with me on Fridays in other States and in Fatima - he suffered at the same times as in any of the States of the United States. He seldom travels anymore. A year ago as a result of this blog some one wrote: “I prayed for Francis during Lent. Did anyone pray for Jesus when he went into suffering?” The answer is “Yes” - He took Peter, James and John further into the garden and told them to watch and pray - but they got heavy eyes and fell asleep. Then Jesus said: “Could you not watch one hour with me?”

The book, A MAN CALLED FRANCIS may be obtained through this website. Also a professionally made film by the same title is available. I must add that Francis did not know when he prayed over people that it was being filmed when that film was made. I took responsibility for giving permission as I knew when shown on television hundreds of thousands of more people would be spiritually touched. I knew too, even though Francis has looked to me for spiritual direction, that if I asked if it was OK with him to have a session filmed, he would have strongly declined.

I am completing - as I prepare this article for the FATIMA FAMILY website - the proof-reading for the spring 2007 issue of the IMMACULATE HEART MESSENGER.

It will be, I think, a special issue, for it will have large pictures of the HOLY FACE OF JESUS and extensive explanation of the Holy Face of Jesus on Veronica’s Veil which scholarship now informs us is on Mussel Silk at Manoppelo - authentic and about an hour by helicopter from Rome. Pope Benedict went there to pray September 1 to celebrate its 500th anniversary after arriving there. This veil at Manoppelo agrees with dimensions of the Holy Shroud of Turin. It’s exciting reading and spiritually touching.

We’ll have an article in the next issue of the IMMACULATE HEART MESSENGER on Pope John Paul II, President Reagan and Our Lady of Fatima winning the Cold War. I’ll tell how President Reagan had me conduct a consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary - for the People and President of the United States. It was done at Fatima.

There will be an article on DATING AND YOUNG PEOPLE. Young people need to be told the truth.

We will have three major articles on MARY APPEARING IN AMERICA as she called America to purity. The Bishops had a statue of OUR LADY OF AMERICA which was requested by Our Lady - blessed at their last November meeting and it will grace the cover of the magazine. There will be a MAJOR ARTICLE in the next issue on YOUNG PEOPLE AND DATING.
